Cancellation and Withdrawal Policy
Please read this Cancellation and Withdrawal Policy carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.
1. Order Cancellation (Before Shipment)
You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped from our warehouse. Once the parcel has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, you may exercise your statutory right of withdrawal (Section 2) or our extended return policy (Section 3).
How to Request a Cancellation Before Shipment
Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible via email at support@daolar.com and include:
- Your order number
 - The item(s) you wish to cancel (if partial cancellation)
 - Your reason for cancellation (optional)
 
Cancellation Confirmation and Refund
Your order will be officially canceled only when our customer service team confirms your request. If approved before shipment, we will process a full refund (including product cost and any original standard shipping fees) to your original payment method within 1 business day. Actual processing times may vary depending on your payment provider (typically 1–10 business days).
Time Zone and Shipment Processing
Our service team operates in China Standard Time (CST, UTC+8). Due to time zone differences and fast warehouse processing, your order may be shipped before we review your cancellation request. If so, you will need to follow Section 2 or Section 3 to return the item.
2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
As an EU consumer, you have the statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This period expires 14 days after you or a third party (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.
Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise this right, inform us by an unequivocal statement (e.g., email). You may use the model withdrawal form in Section 6, but it is optional.

Effects of Withdrawal
We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of notification. Refunds use the same payment method unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence of shipment.
Returning the Goods
Return the goods without undue delay, within 14 days of notification. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods.
Liability is limited to any diminished value from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.

3. Extended Return Policy (After Receipt)
Customers may return unused, undamaged items in their original packaging within 15 days of receipt. This voluntary policy does not affect statutory rights under Section 2.
All returns must follow our Return & Refund Policy. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Parcels Unreturned or Disposed of Due to Customer Reasons
If a parcel cannot be delivered or returned due to customer-related reasons (e.g., incorrect address, failure to collect, refusal without notice) and the Right of Withdrawal was not exercised, the customer will bear outbound and return shipping costs based on actual logistics fees (typically €10–€25 within the EU).
If the parcel is disposed of by the carrier due to customer inaction, the customer remains responsible for the product cost and shipping fees.
5. Evidence and Disputes
Disputed deductions will be supported by carrier tracking records and our logistics data. Any incorrect charges will be refunded.
