To safeguard the rights of both parties while offering a more flexible and customer-friendly return service, please carefully read the following return policy before initiating a return. I. Return Rules

1. Return Period

  • We offer a 15-day no-questions-asked return policy. The 15-day period starts from the day customer receives the package.
  • For return requests beyond 15 days, a depreciation fee will be charged based on the condition of the item.
    • If the item is in new condition but returned after 15 days: a 30% depreciation fee will be deducted from the item's value.
    • If the item is not in new condition and returned after 15 days: returns are not supported.

After receiving the return address, please return the package promptly to avoid delays in processing.

2. Item Condition Requirements

  • Returned items should be in new condition, including the product itself, accessories, and original packaging.
  • If the item shows minor signs of use, we will deduct a 20% depreciation fee.
  • If the original packaging is missing, customers may use other suitable packaging to return the item, but an additional 10% packaging fee will be deducted.

3. Shipping Responsibility

  • If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., dislike, wrong size, etc.), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to product quality issues, please provide valid evidence (e.g., photos or videos) to our customer service team. We will provide a return form and cover the return shipping costs.

4. Packaging Requirements

  • We recommend using the original packaging to return the item. If the original packaging is missing, other suitable packaging may be used, but a 10% packaging fee will be deducted.

5. Return Package Handling

  • Return packages must be approved by customer service and sent to the address provided by customer service.
  • If a return is sent to the shipping address without prior approval, resulting in a lost package or additional costs, the order will not be eligible for a refund.

6. Refund Timeframe

  • After the return package is marked as delivered, we will process the refund within 7-14 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

 

II. Return Process

1. Contact Customer Service

  • Please email support@daolar.com to state your reason for return and attach photos of the item.

2. Customer Service Confirmation

  • Our customer service team will confirm the item's condition. If the item meets the return criteria, we will provide you with the return address.

3. Return the Package

  • Please arrange return shipping with a suitable carrier and cover the shipping costs.
  • After returning the package, please promptly email the tracking number to customer service, we need to register in the return system so that our warehouse can identify which order the returned package is from.

4. Refund Processing

  • We will process your refund as soon as we receive the return package and confirm its condition.

 

III. Friendly Reminders

  • Please ensure the returned item is in good condition and keep the shipping receipt for reference.

IV. Partial Refund Option

  • For items with minor signs of use, if you prefer not to return the item, we can offer a partial refund (e.g., deducting a 20% depreciation fee). Please inform customer service of your preference during communication.
