At Daolar, we value each and every single customer, and customer satisfaction is always our top priority. We are trying our best to speed up the process to make your package arrive as soon as possible. Your patience is highly appreciated. We thank you for your understanding.

 

COSTS & DESTINATIONS

After receiving your order, we will arrange shipment within 1-2 Business days. It is not included in shipping time. The time you receive the package = Prepare time + Shipping time

Note: We currently do not support shipping to remote areas, such as the Canary Islands in Spain

 

ORDERS TRACKGING

After your order is successfully placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email to confirm your order details.

Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email, which includes your order number, express information, and package tracking number, and you are also able to track the status of your order through the email.

Things about order modification, refund processing, shipping updating, and so on will be notified to you in real-time by email as well.

 

SHIPPING CHANGES

NO CHARGE for changing the address BEFORE we provide you the tracking number.

After the order is shipped, address changes and order cancellations are not supported.

20€ WILL BE CHARGED if the customer does not accept the package or address problem is undelivered.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

1. Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance procedures or public holidays. If you have not received your package within the estimated timeframe above, please contact us for assistance (support@daolar.com).

2. During public holidays, warehouse staff and courier services operate on limited schedules, which may impact delivery times. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control. Services will resume normal operations immediately after each holiday.

3. After your order is shipped, it may take a few days for the tracking number to activate in the courier’s system. If the information is not yet available on the courier’s website, please check again later.

4. All estimated delivery times are calculated based on historical order data and are approximate for reference only.

5. If you do not receive your order, please contact us at support@daolar.com within 7 days of the suggested delivery date indicated by the courier’s official tracking system. Otherwise, we will not be held responsible.
